You’ll also notice that the last three bosses - Hyacinth, Zephia, and Veyle - have purple Revival Stones. To make matters more annoying, King Hyacinth can switch over to becoming Qi Adept and guard her if they get too close, forcing you to deal with him first. Zephia is one to keep an eye on as you proceed north, as her wyvern mixed with Selph’s absurd movement bonus results in her being able to cover ⅓ of the map at any given point in time. Every single commander will use their Emblem Attack when you get within range, so always be ready for the big hits and keep everyone healed up. She’ll use Roy’s Blazing Lion and light everyone on fire for a huge amount of damage. While it is good to have everyone close together on the march to get to Veyle from the left, be careful of bunching everyone up around Marni. It’s better to have to deal with him with just Marni than two other long-range threats. If you go too far north trying to fend him off, you’ll enter Zephia’s range and you’ll draw the attention of the Corrupted Wyrm who will move to get you in range. In the meantime, Mauvier will likely move in on you while it’s happening. With her Revival Bead, you’ll have to defeat her essentially four different times before it sticks. She also has Lancereaver, which messes with your muscle memory and shouldn't be approached with lances. Marni is going to be the biggest headache of them all because she has her high defenses and has Roy, which gives her Hold Out. The order of taking their army down with the least amount of headaches is: Griss, Marni, Mauvier, Zephia, Hyacinth, Veyle. Take note of their locations on our map and plan your battles accordingly to make sure you don’t get overwhelmed. One of them is in the northeast corner, but the others are along the path going from the left on up. Veyle, the Hounds, and a revived King Hyacinth are all here, they’re spread out all over the map, each have a Revival Bead, and they’ve all got Emblems. This is an Emblem seemingly designed for taking down the biggest of beasts, so put it on anyone you use to take down Wyrms or even bosses. She works best with those who can take lots of damage and can deal out great physical damage, like Jade or Louis, however she also works great on any unit you plan to put on the front lines. Having at least one Fracture can also prove clutch later.Įmblem Eirika is in your stable now and if you got a good look at her and her twin brother, Ephraim, in the previous battle, you can see why you get them so late in the game. Mystics and healers, be sure they have enough durability left in their staves or get them some new ones. If they can flip through multiple weapon types, make sure they have those in their inventory. On that note, stock up on anything your army needs. If you didn’t Forge Liberation in the prep for Chapter 16 - Seashore Travels, now would be a great time to do so. You’ll want everyone at the top of their game, so the prep is actually pretty straightforward - promote everyone you can if you have not done so already (or at least those you wish to bring along with you), maybe grind if you need to, and Forge some weaponry. This battle is going to be long, tough, and dangerous. The chapter also unlocks Paralogue - The Azure Twin, a new Paralogue battle where you get to re-enact one of the key battles from Fire Emblem The Sacred Stones in order to unlock maximum bonds with Emblem Eirika.īy this point, you should be relatively close in level to where the enemies are in that mission, however as stated before, you’re welcome to do Paralogues at your own leisure. If you’ve been holding off on doing so for whatever reason, this chapter would be an excellent time to pump them up. It helps you wrangle large fish a whole lot easier than the previous rod.īest of all, though, Seals are back in stock at the Item Shop, so you can purchase more and get more units to their Advanced Classes. Three new clothing sets unlock at the Boutique and the Flea Market gets the Sturdy Rod, which you can purchase for only 500G to help with fishing.
